Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient.

We require **48 hours notice** for any changes or cancellations to your appointment.

Patients who provide **less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of their scheduled appointment amount**

Same day, within 24 hours time frame, cancellations and no shows will be charged for 100% of the treatment** that they were booked in for. This cannot be direct billed to extended health. By booking you consent and agree with this policy.
